Our team is closely knit, and we proudly call ourselves the “SRA Family”. The team is brought together to coordinate all activities of the firm with the positive binding culture at SRA. The professionals comprise of Chartered Accountants, Cost Accountants, Company Secretaries, lawyers. Our executives are predominantly graduates and we also have a young and vibrant group of trainees who bring in energy, lateral thinking and a combination of strategy and action.

Categorization of the teams:

We have categorized ourselves into different teams to cater to our ‘single umbrella policy’ of service delivery.   We are able to offer everything under one roof, including specialized services to our clients.
The teams focus on: Tax, Corporate law, Corporate Outsourcing, Audit & Assurance and Consulting.
Our support teams include HR, F&A, Systems & Technology and Training.
Both sets of teams are headed by the Knowledge Team.

He founded the firm in 2016 after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in his First Attempt. He specialises in Income Tax Matters and represents the clients upto highest levels of income tax Authorities. He has immense knowledge in the Payroll processing and Tax planning and Business management. He carries vast experience in consultancy of direct taxes, indirect taxes, consulting assignments, due diligence review and audit and assurance service of corporates affairs in different areas.He is specialised in the monthly retainer works, book keeping and compliance of all laws. He possess sound knowledge in Individual direct tax matters, Income tax scrutiny and assessment maters, departmental representation and Trust work specialization in 12A and 80G etc.


He is a member of ICAI since 2020. He has specialisation in GST and Income tax matters, in depth knowledge in newly inserted IND AS and International taxation. He also had a bird eye view on other applicable labour laws and can give adequate tax planning on the same. Good Command on emerging accounting softwares such as Quick Books, Zoho, Xero and payroll softwares like Great HR. Adequate knowledge on evaluating performance evaluation of service industries by applying Building Block Model and various other business evaluations by applying Performance pyramid, Balance Score Card.
